“The Directors have concluded that it is reasonable to expect that at the Group level (headed by Greenergy Group Limited), including at Company level, it will continue to have sufficient resources to continue in operation for the going concern period, that being a period of at least 12 months from the date the financial statements are authorised for issue. It is for this reason that these financial statements have therefore been prepared on the going concern basis.”
