“Having considered the financial position of the Company and the intercompany credit facility available, along with latest forecast trading and cash flows considering the effects of the current uncertain economic environment, the directors maintain a reasonable expectation that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The forecasts used in this assessment have been stress tested to reflect a reduction in revenue and an increase in costs and it would require significant changes, above what could be reasonably expected, to result in no cash generation. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
