“The company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, its financial position, financial risk management objectives and its exposure to competitive, legislative, financial, liquidity and capital resources are described in the strategic report on pages 1-2. The company has considerable financial resources together with significant backlog, and strong customer an suppler base to support the business. We anticipate continued growth in revenue and operating results based on continued strong demand for company products based on continued high levels of offshore and onshore activity as well as development into non-oil and gas markets. In the event that the company requires assistance to meet its financial obligation, Oceaneering Inc. will provide support to the company. The directors have received a letter of support from Oceaneering International Inc., confirming it will provide financial support to the company if needed until 31 December 2026, in order to allow the company to continue to operate as a going concern. The directors have assessed the ability of Oceaneering International Inc. to provide such support until 31 December 2026, should it be required, and have reviewed the financial position and made suitable enquiries, are satisfied that these financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
