  We draw attention to Note 2.4 to the financial statements, which indicates that the Group and the Parent Company are reliant on the ultimate controlling party for the provision of additional funding together with the non-recall of loans already advanced to the Group and the Parent Company. While a letter of support from the ultimate controlling party has been provided confirming these intentions, it is not legally binding and therefore does not guarantee that such support will be available. As stated in Note 2.4, these events or conditions, along with other matters set forth in Note 2.4, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group's and the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
