  The financial statements have been prepared on the basis other than going concern which the Directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company's role within the KBR group is for the branch to seek engineering, procurement and construction management services for the oil and gas industry in Angola. There are no plans for any future contracts for the Company and the intention is to dissolve the Company once all tax returns are filed in Angola.
