“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors consider the company to be a going concern as sufficient funds are available within the Group to settle any liabilities of the company as they fall due. Following the acquisition of Kindred Group Limited by La Française des Jeux SA in October 2024, the Company is now part of FDJ Group, a diversified European gaming and betting group with strong operational cash generation. The Group's financing structure includes committed credit lines and cash reserves sufficient to cover its operating and investment needs. The company has obtained a letter of support from FDJ SA which confirms the company's funding requirements will be met for at least the next twelve months from the date the company's 2024 Annual report and financial statements are signed.”
