“The directors have assessed the performance and going concern of the Company and are satisfied that the Company will continue its activities for at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. The Company has prepared a cashflow forecast for the next 12 months which shows a positive cash balance and the Company also received a letter of support from Vistra Holdings Limited. Should the company encounter difficulties in meeting its financial obligations as they fall due, it is the intention of Vistra Holdings Limited to offer appropriate finance support for a period of at least twelve (12) months from the date of signing the audit report.”
