- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The going concern basis has been adopted when preparing the annual report and accounts. The Company believes both syndicates will continue to underwrite business on the 2025 year of account and both syndicates have plans approved by Lloyd's. There are sufficient funds to meet all future expenses and future syndicate losses as they fall due. Furthermore, the Funds at Lloyd's (FAL) held by MAP Capital Limited to support own underwriting will not be impinged.”
Significant events
- “There were two major land-falling hurricanes in 2024. Helene struck the Big Bend of Florida, east of Tallahassee, running north into Georgia and then into the Carolinas, we believe causing ultimate market losses of nearly $20bn. Milton then struck central Florida, running from Sarasota through to Volusia and largely impacted the same area”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
