“The directors consider that the going concern assumption upon which these financials have been prepared continues to be appropriate, due to the signed letter of support received from the intermediate parent company, Kantar Group Holdings Ltd. Forecasts and cash flow projections have been produced by the Group, covering the period of 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. These demonstrate the Group has sufficient funding to enable the Company to meet its obligations as they fall due. Following correspondence with Group management, the directors of the Company are satisfied that the Group will continue to invest in this entity as it is considered strategically beneficial to the Group.”

Significant events
- “On 1 May 2025, Qmee Limited transferred the majority of its business and assets to Kantar UK Limited. After the business transfer Qmee Limited is a dormant entity, with a receivable of £129.1m due from Kantar UK Ltd as the consideration for the transfer of business and assets, a Revolving Credit Facility loan receivable from TNS Group Holdings Limited of £7.0M and a few smaller balances which increase the net book value of its assets to £137.1m. Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
