“The Company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development and position, are set out above. The Company has financial backing and a Letter of Comfort covering the period until 31 August 2026 from LEONI Group together with long term contracts with a number of customers and suppliers across different geographic areas. The LEONI Group has and is expected to maintain significant available liquidity to be able to support the Company. As a consequence, the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully.”
