“In making this assessment, the Directors have also considered the short-term deposit facility/short-term overdraft facility agreement with Donaldson Europe B.V. The company has received confirmation from Donaldson Europe B.V. that the facility will remain available for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these accounts and the Directors have made appropriate enquiries to provide confidence that Donaldson Europe B.V. has a strong financial position to provide this support. On this basis the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
