“The company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, performance and position, are set out in the strategic report. The strategic report also describes the financial position of the company and gives details of the company's financial instruments and related risks. The company is party to a cross-guarantee arrangement with a number of the other companies in the group headed by TTP Group Ltd ('TTP Group') in connection with a bank loan. The company also is part of a group treasury arrangement whereby funds are 'swept' to/from TTP Group. The company's going concern status is therefore linked to that of the group and, accordingly, the directors have obtained a support letter from TTP Group. This letter indicates that TTP Group is able and willing to provide sufficient resources as required to enable the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due over the going concern assessment period to 30 September 2026. The directors have considered the ability of TTP Group to provide such support.”
Significant events
- “At the start of the prior financial year, in March 2023, the development of the new TTP Campus site was completed and from April 2024 that site has been occupied by TTP Plc, a fellow group company. Following the completion of the TTP Campus site, the current year has been focussed on consolidating the property portfolio of the company, including its footprint on the previous Melbourn Science Park where possible, and ensuring the efficient management of the new campus for the benefit of its fellow group companies.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
