Material uncertainty over going concern
The group has generated a loss of £4.8m (£15.9m; FY 2024 restated), net cash outflow from operating activities of £1.1m (£0.3m; FY 2024 restated) and holds a net liability position of £1.5m (£1.4m net assets; FY 2024 restated). In approving the financial statements, the Board has recognised significant challenges with regards to the going concern assumption. These are fundamentally due to weak liquidity situation of the business where the cash balance of £329k (£38k; FY 2024) as at year-end has dropped further subsequent to year end 31 March 2025. This is due to a combination of factors including an uncertain macro-economic environment in which the company is operating, widely reported slower sales cycles and budgetary pressures. Furthermore, the pace of technological change as well as regulatory changes may adversely impact budgeted revenues, albeit year-on-year revenue has to date demonstrated strong growth.
