Going concern
Affirmed

“As a result of the significantly improved trading, the company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements. The uncertainty as to the future impact on the company of current inflationary pressures, including wider macro-economic events, has been considered as part of the company's adoption of the going concern basis. To date, the company has not observed any material impact on its activities, indeed, the performance in the year ended 30 November 2024 is the most successful in the company's history. After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The ultimate parent has expressed their willingness to provide the necessary financial support in an appropriate form should the need arise. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-11-30 vs 2023-11-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
