- Going concern
- Affirmed
“As of the date of the board of directors approving the Company's 2024 financial statements, the Company's management has determined that there are no material uncertainties that cast a doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern based on an analysis undertaken to 31 August 2026. After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has access to adequate financial and other resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Revenues have decreased during the year mainly due to the lower volume. The introduction of new models such as Desmo450 MX offroad will introduce Ducati to new sectors and maintain both brand perception and our financial results into 2025. The company will continue to support new product launches through innovative marketing campaigns in order to drive sales volumes and maintain profitability.”
- “Stock increased during the year due to the transitional arrangements for Euro 5 denigration.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
