This assessment encompassed a review of recent trading of the company and detailed cash flow projections which demonstrate that the Company should have adequate resources to continue operating for at least the 12 months from date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate that the Company prepares its financial statements on a going concern basis.”
