Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have considered the company's current and future prospects including its current performance position, trading and cashflow forecasts including the ongoing availability of finance and are satisfied that the company can continue to pay its liabilities, as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Confirmation has been obtained from the intermediate parent company, TVH Parts Holdings NV, that they will provide financial support as requested, to enable the company to meet all its obligations, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Based on the above, the directors have formed a judgment at the time of approving the financial statements that there is a reasonable expectation that the company has more than sufficient resources and available facilities to continue in existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the directors consider that the adoption of the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements is appropriate.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-09-30 vs 2023-09-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
