Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons: As detailed in note 11, at 31 December 2024 the Company had loans due to group undertakings of €5,421m that are contractually repayable on demand. Belron UK Finance Plc and Safelite Group Inc have indicated that they do not intend to seek repayment of the amounts currently due of €3,941m and €1,480m respectively, during the going concern assessment period. As the Company is dependent on interest and dividend income from other group companies, the financial statements have also been prepared on a going concern basis in view of the fact that the parent undertaking, Belron Group SCA has formally indicated its present intention to provide sufficient funding to the Company to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due, for at least the next twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
