Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “During the year the core customer for fruit packing services moved the services provided by Fruit Logic to alternative product packing suppliers, specialising in citrus and stone fruit product categories. Over recent years the business has suffered increasing input costs in its packhouse facility in London, leading to the conclusion that the business is more sustainable utilising third party packing facilities in lower cost regions. As a result of this, the Fruit Logic third party packing operation has ceased.”
