“The Directors consider that the Company is an intrinsic part of the XPS Group as it holds a number of the Group's key operations. As such, the Directors consider that the going concern assessment performed for the Group as a whole does apply equally to the Company. These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the Company has sufficient cash and cash generated from operating activities to discharge its liabilities. Whilst the Company has net current liabilities, a significant amount within the current liabilities are intercompany balances, which are not being called.”
