- Going concern
- Affirmed
“As at the balance sheet date the company was, and remains at the time of preparing this assessment, in a net current asset position. Projected cashflows are positive and the assessment shows, in both the base case and the severe but plausible scenarios, that the company will remain liquid throughout the going concern period of review. The director is satisfied that the company will be able to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due and continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and for at least 12 months from the date of this report, thus adopting the going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “During the previous year, the company transferred trade and assets related to R&D services to Cadbury UK Limited to simplify the Mondelez group. All income/expenses for current and prior year related to this are reflected in discontinued operations in the Statement of comprehensive income (see note 18 for further information).”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
