“On 11 March 2020, the World Health Organization declared the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) a global pandemic. To date, there has been no material long term change in the business. After reviewing and assessing the level of current activities and new project leads still coming in across all locations, the directors are confident that the pandemic will not have a material adverse effect on the Company and the going concern basis upon which the consolidated financial statements are based. As part of their consideration of the going concern assumption, the directors have modelled cash flows and applied sensitivities to revenues already committed and excluding new uncommitted project revenue and concluded the business would maintain a positive cash position for at least twelve months from signing the financial statements. Nonetheless, the directors are closely monitoring the business activity and mitigating liquidity risk by pursuing and winning new business from existing clients and new clients during this uncertain business environment.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
