The company is a subsidiary of the Group headed by Unisys Corporation (the Group) and provides treasury services for other group companies and is therefore integral to the Group's business model. Consequently, the ability of the company to continue as a going concern is based on the ability of the Group to continue as a going concern. The company receives a letter of support from the ultimate parent Unisys Corporation.”
