“On the basis of their assessment of the Company's financial position and resources, the directors believe that the Company is well-positioned to manage its business risks. The Company meets its daily working capital requirements through its cash reserves and, whilst the current economic conditions continue to create uncertainty, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for atleast 12 months from the date of this report. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
