“The charity has cash resources and has no requirement for external funding to fund normal operating activities. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the charity has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. They continue to believe the going concern basis of accounting appropriate in preparing the annual financial statements. The directors consider that there are no material uncertainties about the charitable company's ability to continue as a going concern.”

• “The charity has facilitated the construction of the first two phases of the Botnar Centre Research Institute. Work started on phase 3 in June 2020 and despite problems for the contractors with Covid sickness, the building work continued as planned. It was due to be completed by June 2021 but was completed by December 2021. Our Patron The Queen came and officially Opened Botnar 3 in 2022.”
