- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The group has net current assets of £515,801, however it has net liabilities of £8,119,099 (2023 net assets of £7,319,094). The directors have considered the fair value of the group's intangible assets, which significantly exceeds their carrying amount in the Statement of Financial Position. This fair value assessment has been supported by an independent valuation. Furthermore, the group has access to loan facilities in order to enable the group to continue its expansion through the acquisition of music catalogues. These facilities provide the available resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
