Going concern
Affirmed

“The Directors have assessed the Company's and wider Group's projected business activities and available financial resources and detailed cash forecasts. This includes a review of base case and reasonably plausible downside scenarios and in all cases the Company and Group have sufficient means to continue as a going concern for a period of twelve months from signing date. As the going concern assessment has been reviewed on a wider Group basis, the parent company, Hard Hat Construction Group Limited, has provided a letter of support to the Company to cover the going concern period. After making appropriate enquiries the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the wider Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Financial Statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
