They have formed a judgement that there is a reasonable expectation that the Group and Company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of these financial statements.”
