Affirmed

“A parent company has confirmed it is its current intention not to call for repayment of the balance owed to them for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements unless the company has sufficient funds to be able to make repayments. In addition, the company's cash flow forecast shows that after taking into account the above, the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet its obligations and liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. As such, the directors have concluded that it remains appropriate to adopt a going concern basis of preparation in these financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-05-31 vs 2024-05-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
