Going concern
Affirmed

“Year ending July 2024 has been another successful year for the business as a whole. Despite the increase in borrowing rates and the disappointing performance from the telcom sector, the company has achieved its target for FY24 and the Directors remain confident in the future as the Group grows from strength to strength in the Regulated Waste Water Sector. Future forecasts based on the business historical trends, extensive knowledge in the waste water sector and the onset of a new AMP cycle with a large increase in OFWAT funding has enabled the business to reflect positive growth here as we build on the successful results in this area achieved historically. The business continues to invest in specialised assets to align with client strategic goals in delivering effective waste solutions to the network whilst challenging itself with ESG targets and developing industry leading intelligent solutions. All whilst ensuring that financial obligations are met. On this basis, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting when preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-07-31 vs 2023-07-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
