- Reporting scope
- Standalone (parent only)
- Auditor
- KPMG LLP
- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The company is profitable and has significant net assets. Day to day operations are funded by cash held in a pooled account operated by the parent group which is therefore shown within amounts owed by group companies in the financial statements. No material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the company to continue as a going concern have been identified. Therefore, the going concern basis of accounting has been adopted in preparing these financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Increase in revenue from US$66.56 million for the year ended 30th September 2023 to US$91.77 million for the year ended 30th September 2024. Gross profit margin decreased slightly from 36.8% for the year ended 30th September 2023 to 33.9% for the year ended 30th September 2024.”
- “Furthermore, the company was able to continue to invest in resources and continued to increase its installed customer base and therefore future opportunity.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
