“The directors have considered the going concern assessment undertaken by the Churchill Group, which incorporated this company. The assessment included profit and cash flow projections for the period to 30 June 2027. The Company has also received a support letter from its parent company, Oscar Topco Limited. Having considered this assessment the directors have concluded that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis and that there is no material uncertainty in relation to going concern.”
