- Affirmed
“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet its financial obligations as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the Directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The business has had an excellent year, with a solid increase in sales, primarily driven by our partnership in North America. We see no reason why this partnership will not continue to flourish and build on a very successful 2024. We are also gaining traction in South America through several long-term partnerships with a well-established distribution network.”
- “Our investment in new personnel at the export level, along with the addition of new designers and the promotion of our Financial Controller to the CFO position, positions the business well for the coming years.”
- “In the current climate of higher-than-normal tariffs, which are expected to persist into mid-2025, additional risks are on the horizon; these could include a recession in America.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
