“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Trustees consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The business model of the Charity is such that its charitable activities are limited to those which it has sufficient funds to support from the excess of funding received over the costs of administering the charity. The Charity therefore has no specific commitments and no committed costs beyond its fixed costs of operation. The Trustees have reviewed the cash flow forecasts for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that, taking account of severe but plausible downsides, the charity will have sufficient funds, to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. The trustees therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
