“Notwithstanding net current liabilities of £81,000 (2024: £81,000) the Directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis which they consider appropriate. In September 2023, the company's parent company, TOMY Company Limited, purchased additional share capital for consideration of £86,000,000. This has allowed the Company to repay its current liabilities, and will allow the Company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future by meeting its liabilities as they fall due for payment.”
