Material uncertainty over going concern
Given the net current liabilities of the company at 31 December 2024, and the existence of intercompany loan liabilities, the company is not expected to have sufficient future cashflows to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due, and therefore is reliant on the support of its parent Greyhound Dutch Bidco B.V. to satisfy the going concern assumption. The parent company, Greyhiund Dutch Bidco B.V. has given assurances to the directors that they will provide financing as and when required for the going concern period through to 30 June 2026, if funds are required for the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
