“The directors of the company have concluded that the global Alkegen Group will be able to provide financial support to Lydall Industrial Filtration Textile Manufacturing (EMEA) Limited. Accordingly, the directors are satisfied that they have a reasonable basis upon which to conclude that the company is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements and that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
