- Affirmed
“The director has at the time of approving these financial statements a reasonable expectation that the company and the wider group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the director has concluded that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “In April 2025 the group concluded a transaction to transfer a majority shareholding in PHMG TopCo Limited to an Employee Ownership Trust (PHMG Trustee Limited). The transaction involved the repayment of all existing bank debt and the group supported the Employee Trust in raising new finance to partially fund the purchase of their majority shareholding. As part of the sale process payments were agreed to be made by PHMG to a number of former employees of the group in recognition of their contribution to building the value of the business over the past 25 years. These payments settled all liabilities of the group to former employees in this regard.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
