“After making due enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The Company has net current assets of £7,816k, made a profit of £5,987k in the current year and is expected to be profitable in the future. In particular, the Company has sufficient net current assets in order to cover its liabilities for the next 12 months. For this reason they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
