“As at 31 March 2025, the Company had net current assets of £6.5m (2024: £5.8m) and net assets of £6.1m (2024: £5.4m). The Company has access, if needed, to funding from its ultimate holding company Minerva Equity Limited ("the Group"), which has confirmed its intention to support the business for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, based on the Group's financial and liquidity projections, the maturity and portability of the long-term debt, the expectations of no significant changes to the business plan, and the current expectations of the Directors about the prospects of the Group and Company, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. We have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
