- Deloitte LLP
- Audit opinion

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of 12 months from the date of approving the financial statements. The business has assessed the impact of the current economic uncertainty on the business and performed additional sensitivity and stress test analysis that concluded that the Company has sufficient financial resources for its operations and as a consequence, the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements. Although the company is in a net asset position the directors have received a letter of support which confirms that financial resources will be made available to the company for a period of not less than 12 months from signing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Turnover rose by 5% during the CY24 12-month accounting period. Revenue growth was observed across product resale, project, and inter-company sectors. Operating Profit improved by 8.5% for the period, driven by higher revenues and sustained cost control measures. The increases in turnover and cash, along with a subsequent rise in Net Assets, resulted from the implementation of a more rigorous cash collection policy and significantly improved down payment performance.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
