Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of 12 months from the date of approving the financial statements. The business has assessed the impact of the current economic uncertainty on the business and performed additional sensitivity and stress test analysis that concluded that the Company has sufficient financial resources for its operations and as a consequence, the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements. Although the company is in a net asset position the directors have received a letter of support which confirms that financial resources will be made available to the company for a period of not less than 12 months from signing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
