“The directors have considered a going concern assessment period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Operating profits and positive EBITDA have been maintained, along with positive net cash from operating activities, and this is expected to continue for the foreseeable future. Based on the above, the Directors has concluded that the Company will remain financially self-sufficient and not require any additional funding throughout the going concern assessment period.”
