“The Company has net current liabilities at 31 December 2024 of £8.4 million and shareholder's deficit of £7.2 million. The directors have made appropriate enquiries and carried out a review of the Company's forecasts, projections, available banking facilities and support from its ultimate parent, taking account of possible changes in trading performance and considering business risk. Recognising the reliance on the support of the parent company, the directors have enquired into and are satisfied as to the ability of the parent company to provide financial support if required. Having regard to the factors noted above, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. As a result, the directors believe that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “During 2024, revenue was down to £36,243,000 from £40,852,000, with gross margin percentage increasing to 19.0% from 16.8%. Resulting gross margin was £6,888,000 for 2024, increased from £6,873,000 in 2023. During the year, management focused on improving its profit margin by focusing on higher margin business lines, this included increased sales into the MENA region for the second half of the year, generating higher margins. This was offset by a fall in expanded access revenue with the expected conclusion of certain contracts. At the end of the year the Company was in a net liability position of £7,219,000 with a loss for the financial year of £3,937,000.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
