“The directors have considered cash flow forecasts to February 2027 for the purposes of assessing going concern and have concluded that as there are no material uncertainties regarding the group's ability to continue trading, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. On the basis that the forecasts show improved performance, and given current banking facilities, the directors are of the opinion that the group will have sufficient cash to fund its operations for a period of at least 12 months following the date of approval of the financial statements.”
