“The Company's business activity, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, performance and position are set out in the Strategic Report. The Company has sufficient financial resources with which to support itself, including the ability to seek support from its' parent, Linklaters LLP, such that it will be able to operate as a going concern and settle its liabilities as they fall due. Consequently, the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Significant events
- “In the financial year ended 2022, the company received an overpayment of a dividend amounting to £326,000 and this was retained in amounts owed due to group undertakings in trade and other payables. This amount was incorrectly released to the income statement in the prior year. This error resulted in the overstatement of profit for the financial year (note: the prior year financial statements were consolidated and no parent company income statement was presented) and net assets by £326,000. Also, amounts owed to group undertakings included in trade and other payables was understated by £326,000.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
