- Going concern
- Affirmed
“At the balance sheet date, the company had a positive cash balance and a strong net current asset position. At the time of signing these accounts, the directors have considered the going concern position, and consider that this does indicate that the company will continue to trade for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these accounts. On that basis, the directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “The year's market difficulties were compounded by a double blow to logistics caused by the continuing Ukraine conflict still affecting fuel costs and the Yemeni attacks against shipping which resulted in higher costs and longer and less reliable delivery times.”
- “We have now had a full year's operation of our German distribution facility at Leipzig which is now fully staffed and IATF16949 and ISO14001 accredited.”
- “The year also saw Flexfab leave its Willow Drive headquarters after 25 years and move to our new office facility at nearby Como House still within Sherwood Park.”
- “A very significant step this year is our progress in developing our European aerospace business and we expect a significant contribution from this sector in years to come.”
- “This year we suffered one significant customer failure (Van Hool Bus).”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
