  The directors undertook an internal reorganisation of the Havana Holdings UK Limited Group ('Group') aimed at rationalising intercompany loans and receivables within the Group. As a result, the directors undertook the decision to cease trading of the Company after the balance sheet date and intend to remove the Company from the register in the foreseeable future. The financial statements of Havana Holdings (UK) Limited have therefore been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern which includes, where appropriate, writing down the Company's assets to net realisable value. Provision has also been made for any contractual commitments that have become onerous at the balance sheet date.
