“The Directors remain satisfied that all expenses will be paid by the Parent Company on behalf of the Company, which is also the recipient of the royalty revenues and that the two are net-off. The Parent Company is in a net asset, net current asset position and has sufficient cash resources to allow it to meet its obligations and those of the Company as they fall due. Directors have assessed that the Parent Company has the ability to support the Company. Further, the Directors have considered the existing and forecast net asset and current net asset position of the Company and expects this to continue for at least 12 months from the date of this report to conclude upon going concern.”
