The directors have assessed the going concern assumption to be appropriate for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The going concern assumption is considering the future expected activity of the Company and the current market conditions. The conclusion is based on the net assets position of the Company and the future projects that the Company is currently bidding for and support from the Parent Company. The Company has obtained a letter of support from its Parent Company to provide financial support, which would enable the Company to continue operational existence for the foreseeable future.
