“The directors of the Company have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis which assumes that the Company will be able to meet its future obligations as they fall due. The Company is reliant upon its ultimate parent undertaking of its intention to support the Company with financial support such that the Company can meet its financial obligations as they fall due. This written support is available for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors are satisfied that Dassault Systèmes SE has the ability to provide this support to the Company based on their assessment, including in a severe but plausible downside case.”

The settlement has been treated as a non-adjusting post balance sheet event given it is based on conditions arising after 31 December 2024.”

The claim is being defended by the Company and the Company is itself pursuing a counterclaim against the claimant. It remains the directors' best estimate that a formal conclusion of the claim is expected within the next 24 months. Having taken legal advice, the Directors do not currently consider it probable that there will be an outflow of economic benefits from the Company, therefore no provision has been accrued.”
